1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
This Service uses artificial intelligence to read published financial news, rate the tone of each report for the market it covers, and show the resulting news picture per market. It also measures how often the tone of the news matched the later market move. The Service makes no forecasts of its own.
3. User Accounts
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
• Use the Service for any illegal content or activities
• Attempt to breach or circumvent any security measures
• Use the Service for any automated or bulk processing without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
5. Intellectual Property
• You retain all rights to your original data
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data
• The Service's AI analyses are provided as-is
• The Service's software, algorithms, and infrastructure remain our property
6. Subscription and Payment
• Premium costs €9.99 per month including VAT. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial; a payment card is required, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues at €9.99 per month.
• You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid (or of the trial), via “Cancel contracts here” in the footer of every page or in your account settings. We confirm every cancellation by e-mail.
• Right of withdrawal: As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason, via “Withdraw from contract here” in the footer of every page or by e-mail to [email protected]. The subscription then ends immediately and we refund all payments received for it within 14 days, using the same means of payment.
• After the withdrawal period, a month that has started is not refunded; the subscription runs until the end of that month.
• Prices and features may change with 30 days' notice; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
7. Data Usage and Privacy
• Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy
• We process data solely to provide the intelligence service
• Data is stored temporarily and deleted according to our retention policy
• We do not use your data to train AI models without explicit consent
8. Service Availability
• The Service is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uptime
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
9. Limitation of Liability
• This Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated analyses or recommendations
• You are responsible for your own investment and financial decisions
10. Financial Disclaimer
The information provided by this Service is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always conduct your own research before making investment decisions.
11. Termination
• You may terminate your account at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may retain certain data as required by law
12. Changes to Terms
• We may modify these terms at any time
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be communicated via email or Service notification
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law (LOPDGDD and applicable EU regulations), with jurisdiction in Spanish courts. For international users, local laws may also apply.
